Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of dementia care.

Duties

Manage and supervise all aspects of the facility, including staff, residents, and resources – Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met – Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment – Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments and audits – Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents – Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dementia care

Requirements

Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) – Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or assisted living facility – In-depth knowledge of dementia care principles and practices – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual resident needs – Experience in supervising staff and managing resources effectively – Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to individuals with dementia and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
